DELIVERY

  • Delivery in France "Colissimo against signature":
The items are delivered by COLISSIMO against signature or any other independent carrier chosen by "CURLING" within an average of 1 to 4 working days in metropolitan France (Corsica included). These deadlines are given as an indication. Summer holidays 2019: shipping of orders from August 22, 2019.
  • International Shipping:
The items are delivered by COLISSIMO or any other independent carrier chosen by "CURLING" within an average of 2 to 6 working days outside metropolitan France, depending on the country of destination. These deadlines are given as an indication.


In case of absence: a transit advice note will be left for you to allow you to pick up your package at your post office.

-Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damaged packages, items missing from the "CURLING" invoice, etc. ) must be the subject of reservations on the delivery receipt presented by the carrier. At the same time, the CUSTOMER must inform the carrier of this anomaly by sending him within 30 days following the delivery date a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt setting out the said complaints, which must be substantiated and accompanied by supporting documents. .

The CUSTOMER must send a copy of this letter within the same period of 30 days following the delivery date to "CURLING" at the following address: "CURLING / Vente à Distance" 91 Rue de Courcelles 75017 Paris.
After these deadlines and failing to comply with these formalities, the articles will be deemed to be compliant and free from any apparent defect and no complaint can be validly accepted by "CURLING".

-In the event of non-conformity of a delivered item, the CUSTOMER may return it to "CURLING" at the following address: "CURLING / Distance Selling" 91 Rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, in its original condition, imperatively bearing the original labels and accompanied by the original packaging and the invoice. Otherwise, "CURLING" will not exchange or refund the returned defective item.

In the event that the return of the defective item is well founded, "CURLING" will proceed, at the CLIENT's choice, or failing the CLIENT's request, at the choice of "CURLING", to reimburse the defective article or its exchange insofar as this article is available in stock, excluding any compensation. Under no circumstances may the credit note or refund be requested and/or made in one of the "CURLING" shops.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of article L. 121-20 of the Consumer Code, the CUSTOMER has a withdrawal period of 30 days from the date of delivery to exercise the right of return and cancellation of his order.
The date of the delivery receipt constitutes the start date of this period. This right of return and cancellation may concern all or part of the order.
The CUSTOMER need only return the items for which he is exercising his right of withdrawal, in their original condition, imperatively bearing the original labels and accompanied by the original packaging and the invoice, to the following address "CURLING" / Distance Selling "91 Rue de Courcelles 75017 Paris.
The cost of shipping items returned to "CURLING" and, where applicable, customs clearance will remain the responsibility of the CUSTOMER, unless the items delivered do not comply with the order or do the object of apparent defects.
The refund will be made by crediting the CLIENT's bank account as soon as possible and at the latest within 30 days of the date on which the CLIENT's right of withdrawal was exercised in accordance with the article L. 121-20-1 of the Consumer Code.

RETURNS
The easiest way to return an item is to do so at one of our stores (if they have the same section to which the garment belongs: women, men). You must be in possession of the corresponding ticket. Return to store is FREE.
You can also return an item via the Post Office to the following address (at your expense):

Clothes must be in perfect condition, must not have been worn, must be in their original packaging and must be accompanied by the corresponding receipt.

Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be taken back.
The deadline for returning an item purchased online is 30 clear days from the date of delivery.

EXCHANGE
An item of clothing purchased on Curling. en can be exchanged for another garment of a different size or color in one of our stores, if it is in perfect condition and if it is in stock in our stores.
If you wish to exchange an item from home, you must request a return, send the item(s) by post and make a new purchase online.
To make an exchange, the deadline is 30 clear days from the date of delivery.

REFUND
No credits or refunds will be made in stores CURLING .
Once the return has been accepted (items must be in perfect condition and have the labels inside), you will receive a confirmation email indicating the amount refunded within 7 days.
We remind you that reimbursement is made using the same means of payment as that used by the CUSTOMER.
