DELIVERY

  • Delivery in France "Colissimo against signature":
The items are delivered by COLISSIMO against signature or any other independent carrier chosen by "CURLING" within an average period of 1 to 4 working days in mainland France (Corsica included). These deadlines are given for information only. Summer holidays 2019: shipping of orders from August 22, 2019.
  • International delivery:
The items are delivered by COLISSIMO or any other independent carrier chosen by "CURLING" within an average of 2 to 6 working days outside mainland France, depending on the country of destination. These deadlines are given for information only.


In case of absence: a calling card will be left to allow you to pick up your package from your post office.

-Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damaged packages, items missing from the "CURLING" invoice, etc.) must be subject to reservations made on the receipt of delivery presented by the carrier. The CUSTOMER must at the same time inform the carrier of this anomaly by sending him within 30 days following the delivery date a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt setting out the said complaints, which must be justified and accompanied by supporting documents. .

The CUSTOMER must send a copy of this letter to "CURLING" within this same period of 30 days following the delivery date at the following address: "CURLING / Vente à Distance" 91 Rue de Courcelles 75017 Paris.
After these deadlines and failing to comply with these formalities, the items will be deemed to comply and free from any apparent defect and no complaint can be validly accepted by "CURLING".

-In the event of a lack of conformity of an item delivered, the CUSTOMER can return it to "CURLING" at the following address: "CURLING / Vente à Distance" 91 Rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, in its original condition, imperatively covered with the original labels and accompanied by the original packaging and the invoice. Otherwise, "CURLING" will not exchange or refund the defective item returned.

In the event that the return of the defective item is well founded, "CURLING" will proceed, at the choice of the CUSTOMER, or in the absence of a request from the CUSTOMER, at the choice of "CURLING", to reimburse the defective article or its exchange insofar as this article is available in stock, to the exclusion of any compensation. Under no circumstances may credit or reimbursement be requested and / or made in one of the "CURLING" stores.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the provisions of article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the CUSTOMER has a withdrawal period of 30 days from the date of delivery to exercise the right of return and cancellation of his order
The date of the delivery receipt constitutes the starting date of this period. This right of return and cancellation may relate to all or part of the order.
The CUSTOMER simply has to return the items for which he exercises his right of withdrawal, in their original condition, imperatively bearing the original labels and accompanied by the original packaging and the invoice, to the following address "CURLING" / Distance Selling "91 Rue de Courcelles 75017 Paris.
The shipping costs of items returned to" CURLING "and, where applicable, of Customs clearance will remain the responsibility of the CUSTOMER, unless the delivered items do not comply with the order or are the subject of apparent defects.
The refund will be made by crediting the CUSTOMER's bank account as soon as possible and no later than 30 days following the date on which the CUSTOMER's right of withdrawal was exercised in accordance with Article L. 121-20-1 of the Consumer Code.

RETURN
The easiest way to return an item is to do so in one of our stores (if it has the same section to which the garment belongs: woman, man). You must be in possession of the corresponding ticket. The return to the store is FREE .

The clothes must be in perfect condition, must not have been worn, must be in their original packaging and be accompanied by the corresponding ticket.

Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the customer will not be taken back.
The deadline for returning an item purchased online is 30 days francs from the date of delivery.

EXCHANGE
A garment purchased on Curling.fr can be exchanged for another garment of a size or different color in one of our stores, if it is in perfect condition and if it exists in stock in our stores.
If you wish to exchange an item from your home, you must request a return, send the item (s) by post and make a new purchase online.
To make an exchange, the deadline is of 30 clear days from the date of delivery .

REFUND
No credit or refund will be made in stores CURLING . < br> Once the return has been accepted (the items must be in perfect condition and bear the labels inside), you will receive a confirmation email which will indicate the amount refunded within the following 7 days. < br> We remind you that the refund is made using the same means of payment as that used by the CUSTOMER.
