Delivery is complimentary in France and Belgium, with no minimum order value.
Your order is dispatched within 1–3 working days. The carrier’s delivery time is additional to this preparation period.
Returning your items
You have 30 days from receipt of your order to return your items.
Your refund
Once we have received and checked the returned items, we process your refund. The time it takes to appear in your account then depends on your bank.

Exchanges
You can exchange your item in store, subject to availability, within 30 days of receipt. For a remote exchange, return your item and place a new order.
