Data and purposes

We use information you provide when purchasing, contacting customer service or using an account: identity, contact details, addresses, ordered items, correspondence and information needed to track payment. Payment providers process the data required to secure and carry out transactions.

Order data is processed to prepare and perform the contract, deliver items, manage returns and respond to requests. Some information is retained to meet accounting, tax and legal obligations. Processing needed for security and fraud prevention relies on our legitimate interests, while respecting your rights.

For international shipments, information required for customs clearance may be shared with the carrier and customs authorities.

The store uses Shopify and providers that may process data outside your country or the European Economic Area. Data is therefore not guaranteed to be hosted exclusively in France.
