Refund Policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from receipt to request a return for a purchase made on curling.fr. To arrange a return, email hello@curling.fr with your order number and the items you wish to return. This additional returns offer complements your statutory right of withdrawal and does not restrict your statutory rights.

Statutory right of withdrawal

For a distance purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt, subject to the applicable rules. Tell us clearly that you wish to withdraw, for example by email or using the form below. You must then send the items back within 14 days of notifying us. If items from the same order arrive separately, the statutory period starts when you receive the last item.

You may try items on as you would in a shop. You are only responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. For returns under our additional policy after the statutory period, items must be unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition, with their labels attached. Please protect them carefully and include your order number.

Returning an item to a Curling store that carries the relevant womenswear or menswear range is free. Online purchase refunds are processed by our web team using the original payment method, rather than at the store till.

When returning items by carrier, you pay the direct return shipping costs, unless we made an error or the item does not conform to your order. If we offer you a prepaid return label, we will tell you its cost and any proposed deduction from your refund and obtain your agreement before issuing it. A free return label is not automatically included.

For returns from outside the EU, contact us before shipping for customs instructions. The documents must identify the parcel as returned goods and include the order references. Any applicable charges are explained before the return is arranged; no undisclosed fixed charge will be deducted.

Refunds

For a statutory withdrawal, we refund the amounts due, including standard outbound shipping when the entire order is returned, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us. We may withhold the refund until we receive the items or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier. Any extra cost of choosing a service more expensive than the standard delivery offered is not refundable under the right of withdrawal. Refunds are made using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another method at no cost to you.

For returns requested under our additional policy after the statutory period, our web team processes refunds for accepted items within 7 days of receipt and inspection. Bank processing times may vary. Faulty or non-conforming items are covered by your statutory rights: please contact us so we can help.

Exchanges

You may exchange an item for another size or colour in store, subject to stock and our return conditions. For an exchange by post, request a return and place a new order.
